Current presenters Joel Defries, Andy Akinwolere and Helen Skelton, along with a selection of the longest-serving presenters from each the show's five decades will attend the party.The queen was awarded with a Gold Blue Peter Badge when she marked her own golden jubilee in 2001.Former 'Blue Peter' editor Biddy Baxter said: "The queen was awarded a Gold Blue Peter Badge on the occasion of her Golden Jubilee, so what could be more fitting than her majesty marking 'Blue Peter's 50th birthday by presenting Gold Blue Peter Badges to four outstanding children."The Gold Blue Peter Badge is awarded to people who have shown outstanding courage or bravery, or have represented their country at an international event.
