The princes - who are raising money for several charities including the Sentebale fund, which Harry founded to help children with HIV in Lesotho - began the rally on Saturday (18.10.08) and are riding in a team of 10, including a police bodyguard and Harry's girlfriend Chelsy Davy's brother Shaun.
Before they set off, Prince William predicted: "We'll both fall off lots off times, I can tell you now. We both ride bikes at the moment on the road, but on-road biking is nothing compared to this."
Prince Harry added he was looking forward to spending time with his brother, and to raising money for charity.
