The Streets have finished recording their fourth album, 'Everything is Borrowed'.
Frontman Mike Skinner revealed the news on his MySpace blog, saying: "Wooooah! The 2.5 year marathon wait is over! Album four baby! 'Everything is Borrowed'. Real big up in this piece aiii!
"I'm so happy right now I think I may cry."
Mike posted a picture of himself with the finished disc, and revealed the unusual way he plans to celebrate.
He said: "As soon as I get home I'm going to get the Airfix helicopter out that I never built. I'll just sit back with the aroma of glue floating through the kitchen as I ponder what flouro colour to paint it and how f*****g huge the next few months of my life are going to be with my mind straight and buzzing."
In a subsequent post, the 'Dry Your Eyes' singer thanked fans for the response to the news and promised them a reward.
He said: "I'll be making an announcement about the first few gigs at the beginning of this week and then more next week.
