Eminem has confirmed he is working on new material.
Several associates of the rapper have recently claimed he is set to come out of retirement with his first material since 2005's greatest hits compilation 'Curtain Call', but now the 'Real Slim Shady' singer has finally opened up about his plans.
Speaking on his own radio station, Shade 45, Eminem - real name Marshall Mathers - said: "I always do side projects and produce for artists on my label. I'm concentrating on my own stuff right now ? just banging out tracks.
"The more I keep producing, the better it seems I get. I start knowing stuff, learning the boards like the back of my hands."
50 Cent revealed earlier this week that Eminem was planning his comeback, promising he will be the "number one rap artist".
The 'In Da Club' rapper - real name Curtis Jackson - said: "I think when he comes back he will absolutely claim the spot as the number one rap artist.
"I get the opportunity to listen to material prior to its release and I'm sure it's better than anything that's out.
