Celebrating their sold-out 2008 extravaganza - Monday September 8th sees the release of Lovebox Weekender - a rather glorious double CD compilation featuring some of the best artists from the Lovebox Weekender - London’s finest Weekender of music and much more and also some top tunes featured at Lovebox Ibiza.
Lovingly put together by Lovebox’s musical curators namely the legendary Groove Armada gentlemen - CD1 belongs to Tom Findlay and features such diverse artists as N*E*R*D, The Human League, Midnight Juggernauts, Toots And The Maytals and Santolgold.
CD2 belongs to Andy Cato and features the clubbier side of Lovebox with a taste of their hot Ibiza set - M.I.A, The Glimmers, Frankie Knuckles, Plantlife and Groove Armada themselves deliver the beats.
Eclectic and upbeat, mixing the finest old school with today’s edgiest upstarts, ’Lovebox Weekender’ delivers a refreshingly unique collection of proper tunes.
