When it opens its doors in October, Mercedes-Benz World, the new multi-million pound brand experience centre being developed at the historic Brooklands racing circuit in Weybridge, Surrey, will offer visitors the ultimate driving experience.
Over 2.5 km of purpose built handling courses, a wet skid circle and a 10 acre off-road circuit will allow visitors to Mercedes-Benz World to put their driving skills to the ultimate test. Whether its behind the wheel of the AMG performance cars or putting the M- and GL-Class offroaders through their paces on the rugged and demanding off-road terrain the experience you have could change the way you drive forever. If youre considering purchasing a Mercedes-Benz then this is the ultimate test drive nowhere else will consumers be able to drive as many models in as many conditions.
The handling circuits at Mercedes-Benz World will not be exclusive to those buying a car. A variety of exciting Driving Packages, both half and full day, will be available to those who love to push their driving skills to the limit.
For those starting out on the road, there will not be a better place than Mercedes-Benz World to have their first driving experience and learn to drive and handle a car. A Young Drivers Club, offering those tall enough to touch the pedals, will include driving skills sessions and road driving preparation courses. Learners of any age who would like to fast-track their route to passing the driving test can undertake an intensive course of lessons on site.
If its the ultimate thrill that visitors to Mercedes-Benz World are seeking then they will not be disappointed. For starters there will be an AMG Experience which offers a unique opportunity for visitors to put one of the Mercedes-Benz top of the range Mercedes-AMGs through their paces in a safe and challenging environment. Theres also the opportunity to experience the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren in action as a professional driver demonstrates the unbelievable acceleration, braking, handling and technology that make it the worlds ultimate sporting GT car.
Off road enthusiasts can try a 4 x 4 Test Driving Experience which will allow drivers to experience steep slopes, water crossings and a full cross section of challenges over a 10-acre course.
