With time running out for Ben (Michael Emerson), The Others put pressure on Jack (Matthew Fox) to help them.
But when the stubborn doctor taunts his captors, they realise there is only one person who can ensure he will co-operate: Kate (Evangeline Lilly).
As The Others continue to assert their authority, Sawyer’s (Josh Holloway) life is threatened, leaving Kate with a difficult decision.
