Birthday boy Zac Efron had two surprise parties on Saturday night when he turned 21.
The High School Musical pin-up had one blow-out bash with his Disney castmates and a more intimate celebration with girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens.
The actress had refused to reveal her plans, but insisted her little party wouln't include clubs or spectaculars.
She said, "We're laidback."
Meanwhile, HSM co-star Ashley Tisdale was worried about finding the perfect gift in time: "He's one guy who is hard to shop for."
