Michelle Ryan loves filming fight scenes for 'Bionic Woman'.
The 23-year-old beauty was taught military combat technique Krav Maga for her role in the US TV series, and loved using it on set.
She told FHM magazine: "The fight scenes we do are based on Krav Maga, which is a military combat self-defence technique used by Israeli secret service Mossad.
"The stunt co-ordinators have been coming up with some really dynamic moves for Jaime and I love all the fight scenes. There are a lot of flying kicks. They had me up in a harness one day and then I'm on another harness the next doing these sort of crazy stunts.
"I like to do the stunts myself. There were a couple of big ones that my body double did, like hanging off the building, but apart from that I did everything else."
'Bionic Woman' focuses on the exploits of Jaime Sommers, who undergoes a cutting edge operation after a near-fatal car accident, which leaves her with bionic prosthetic implants and a series of fantastic abilities including super strength.
The show is currently enduring an enforced break in filming because of the Hollywood writers' strike.
