Cagle Found Not Guilty Of Domestic Violence.
Country star Chris Cagle has been cleared of charges of domestic assault - after his girlfriend refused to testify against him.
Cagle and his lover Jennifer Tant were both charged with domestic violence offences in May (08) following a drunken fight in Nashville, Tennessee.
However, when the case was heard in Davidson County General Sessions Court on Thursday (24Jul08), Tant invoked her Fifth Amendment right not to give testimony that would incriminate her. Cagle's case was subsequently dismissed.
The singer will stand trial in September (08) in Arizona on a separate misdemeanour assault charge - in connection with a pre-Christmas (07) bar fight in which he is accused of punching an autograph hunter.

anger management ,he is still one of my fav singers. hope he gets over his delema.might be a song in this mess somewhere!!!
