Posted by Helen in : Movies , trackbackRobin Hood is all set to get a bit of a make-over this May as Russell Crowe and Ridley Scott reunite to tell the famous story.
Crowe takes on the central role as Hood with Cate Blanchett on the cast list as Marion.
They are joined by Mark Strong, Matthew Macfadyen, Danny Huston, William Hurt, Eileen Atkins, Scott Grimes and Paul Addy.
The story of how an archer in the service of King Richard the Lionheart became to be known as Robin Hood, the famous archer and outlaw of English Folklore.
Beginning after the Death of King Richard at the Siege of Chalus Chabrol, the film follows Robin on his rise to infamy among the English Barons and the newly crowned King John.
Robin Hood looks set to be one of the must see movies of May, released on 14th.
